Booking, Payment and Refund Policy: (For all categories)
•
Bookings are confirmed after payment, at least 24 hours before the start of the individual training session, and 42 hours for more than one training session.
•
The participant has the right to reschedule his training sessions 42 hours before.
•
In the event of non-attendance to the sessions and failure to notify the Members Relations Manager, the session will be cancelled and no refund will be made.
•
Participants’ classes are automatically rescheduled in the event of a change in weather conditions, such as heavy rains, etc., which prevents playing for the safety of the participants.
•
The participant has the right to freeze his training classes if they are more than 4 classes, for a maximum period of 25 days.

يحق للمشارك إعادة جدولة جلساته التدريبية قبل 48 ساعة
•
في حالة عدم الحضور للحصص وعدم إخطار مديرة علاقات المشتركين، يتم إلغاء الحصة ولا يتم استرداد مبلغها
•
تتم إعادة جدولة حصص المشاركين تلقائيًا في حالة حدوث تغيير في الظروف الجوية، مثل هطول أمطار غزيرة وما إلى ذلك، مما يمنع اللعب لسلامة المشتركين
•
يحق للمشارك تجميد حصصه التدريبية إذا كانت أكثر من 4 حصص، لمدة أقصاها 25 يومًا
